Tripel Terms of Service

1. The Service

Tripel provides travel planning and group collaboration tools, including trip planning, shared itineraries, media sharing, expense tracking, and optional printed photo books. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to use of the service and processing of your data, whichever is higher, to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including photos, videos, and trip content. By uploading content, you grant Tripel a license to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the service, including generating photo books and enabling sharing with other trip members.

5. Photo Book Orders & Payments

Printed photo books are fulfilled by third-party print providers. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and product specifications are shown at checkout.

Refunds, reprints, and order issues are handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws and the policies presented during checkout.

6. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@tripel.app. For more information, see our account deletion page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
